The first horse stock image uploaded to my new account. This picture is of my horse Rocky lying down in the sun.

1. You MUST inform me when you have used my stock. You must provide me with a link to your art by posting in the comment area on the stock image you have used. 
2. You MUST credit me in the artist's comment box on the uploaded art.  
3. You Must credit me on the art if you will be using it outside of Deviantart, e.g Horse - EquinePhotoandStock.deviantart.com
4. Do NOT claim as your own or steal the photo.
5. Do NOT submit your work to the photography gallery. 
6. Do not re-post the original photo anywhere else on the internet. 
7. I DO allow for my stock in your final art piece to be published on horse sim games e.g Ponybox. However, I would like a comment on the stock picture you used with where it will be published. If you wish to use it on any other site then please send me a note. 
8. Commercial use of my stock is subject to terms and conditions, I require a set fee for commercial use of my 
stock. If you are going to use my stock for any commercial use then you MUST send me a note.
